All little Aussies should go to school!
We think that all mini and toy aussies should go to at the very least puppy class and basic obedience. It will make for a better relationship between you and your aussie. We also find that if an aussie is acting up a bit, it means they need a little more exercise. That could be a good long walk or a walk inside on the treadmill if you can't get out (see the "About Us" page for a video demonstration by Louie).
If you are local, we strongly recommend Training With Kindness on Route 12 in Frenchtown. Cheryl makes it fun and the learning stress-free for the pups. Also, if you need a new leash or bully sticks or just a new toy or treat for your pups, Fur Majesty on Main Street in Clinton is AWESOME. It's also a great place to take your aussie to socialize. If you stop in, tell Jen that Daisy Hill sent you to visit! Fur Majesty also sells Wellness brand dog food which is what all of our pups and dogs are fed. Every puppy goes to their new homes with a bag of Wellness puppy food to get them started.
